Dr Esther Bruinette

Dr. Esther Bruinette is a Haematologist with over 20 years of experience, specialising in both malignant and non-malignant blood disorders.

Since beginning practice in 2005, Dr. Bruinette has developed strong clinical interests in Oncology, flow cytometry and recently, Digital Pathology, with a focus on delivering accurate, data-driven diagnoses and personalised patient care.

Beyond clinical work, Dr. Bruinette is passionate about building strong relationships – with patients, colleagues, and wider healthcare teams.

In 2021, she stepped into a full-time management role, being the Regional Managing Pathologist (RMP) for Johannesburg, North-West and Free State, bringing with a keen interest in people leadership and the business of healthcare. Blending clinical expertise with strategic thinking, Dr. Bruinette is committed to driving innovation, supporting team development, and improving outcomes across the board.
