Get Your Results, Your way
Available lab results can be accessed immediately through your referring doctor. This is the preferred method, as your doctor can explain the purpose of the tests, interpret the results, and recommend any necessary treatment.
Your results will be made available to you 24 hours after the laboratory has completed the test.
Certain test results may require you to be physically present to receive the interpretation of results from your doctor and to discuss the way forward. In these instances, the results will not be directly made available to you. We will advise you if this is applicable to any of your lab results.

Ampath Patient App
Download the free and user-friendly Ampath Patient App from your App or Google Play store.
Register for electronic results by using your South African Identity number or Passport number.
Simply send us a message on 0761 AMPATH (267284) and follow the prompts. You can get access to your laboratory results, account balance or request a quote within minutes.
Ampath Care Centre
Our friendly staff are always available to assist you in person.
Please bring your ID or Passport when collecting your results.

Online Results
Your lab results will be made available to you electronically, after the laboratory has completed the tests. Certain test results requires a doctor’s interpretation and will not be displayed. We will advise you of these results, if applicable.
