HIV ELISA (Ab+p24)

A HIV ELISA test detects the presence of p24 antigen and/or HIV antibodies, which is found in people infected with the HIV virus.

HIV viral load

HIV viral load test measures the amount of HIV virusses in a blood sample. Doctors use this test to indicate if antiretroviral treatment (ART) is controlling the virus.

CD4 count

CD4 count measures the number of CD4 cells in a cubic millimeter of blood.
