Sample Requirements
- 1 EDTA tube with ≥ 2ml bone marrow aspirate or peripheral blood
- Must reach the lab within 72 hours for RNA extraction
Limitations
- Does not detect copy number variations (e.g., trisomies/monosomies) or large structural deletions
